Glazier’s Food MarketPlace Closing Sale

Glazier’s Food MarketPlace Closing Sale
8525 W Warm Springs Rd Las Vegas, NV  89113

Hello and welcome back. On this blog I am featuring a store in Las Vegas Nv, it’s not a grocery store like all the others, no it’s not a chain either. Glazier’s is was a one of a kind Grocery store in the Las Vegas area to only offer products from New York to Bailey's Irish Ice Cream. Glaziers even offer hot foods cooked to order just like Whole Foods market. The food bars included fresh sushi, salad bar, pizza, pasta, coffee drinks from Illy, sandwiches. I tried it all and everything was delicious. The one thing ill miss about glaziers was the apple fritters, more on that later.

Glaziers opened up in 2010 with being the #1 grocery store in the valley via Review Journal every year since opening day. But things started to fall in 2017 when i happened to move in the area. The produce, meat and food bars were looking really bad, like someone just didn't care anymore. I had heard that people started to return products that were expired. Now that we enter 2018, The sad news came on January 3 that the store was sold to Smiths (which is a Kroger owned company) and that all inventory was to be sold off before the end of the month. On Glaziers Facebook page:

"After 8 great years here in the Las Vegas valley, Glazier's food marketplace is closing its doors. Thank you to all our wonderful customers! We will be open for a few short weeks to sell off everything."

People in the valley were heart broken that the store will be closing. Many were disappointed with smith's buying them when actually glaziers sold to smiths. Others were supporting Glaziers final days  just like me. I made my way down to Glaziers 2 weeks after it was announced to closed. The store was pretty much empty already. Not much other then your average grocery items found in normal stores nothing from New York to the ice cream i mention above was left. The store had all products 25% off. Lets take a look at these photos below:
