Dollar Tree
6575 S Fort Apache Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89148

I would pass by this Dollar Tree everyday but never realize what it was originally till today i decided to make a stop. The store itself looks like a Former Fresh & Easy. The store itself according to online sources closed temporary in 2010 but never reopened.

As soon as i parked my car i was getting excited to see what was left from Fresh & Easy inside but upon walking in i was disappointed. More on that later.

Back outside Dollar Tree did leave the Old Hybrid Parking Signs from Fresh & Easy
The 2  Purple Sign to the Left is the Hybrid parking signs.

Another Outside Photo

Come to find out this is not the only Fresh & Easy  Dollar Tree to be converted. There are 5 others in Vegas. Now I really need to go find them. Anyway back to the blog, The Store opened on November 22, 2015 with a line wrapped around the building. Yes People do get excited and no i wasn't there, I rather wait till the store dies down to go. Now lets take a look inside.

Upon walking into the store, Nothing was left other then the former Freezers from the Former Fresh & Easy. In Fact the rest of the store was completely gutted. I was hopping to see the self checkouts from Fresh & Easy being used.

The store is somewhat laid out the same from when it was Fresh & Easy as upon walking in you have the Registers to the Left.

Would had housed Self Checkouts

Would had housed the produced department but now party supplies

More Party Supplies

Fresh & Easy & Dollar Tree restroom entrance

The door stright ahead was a swing door that Fresh & Easy Employees would used to bring Meats, Produced & other grocery  store stuff out from.

Sorry Blurry Photo..... But this area would had housed the Meats & Cheese

Left would had housed Laundry & other Grocery Supplies.
Right would had housed the Dairy Department. Where dollar Tree installed the Freezers would  had been the Bakery Section.

Former Fresh & Easy Freezers & Fridge. Inside on the bottom shelve has a Fresh & Easy Logo that says For Repairs please call Fresh & Easy at. Sorry I didn't get a photo as It was not showing up all that great.

These Isles were not liked this when Fresh & Easy was here. But to the Right where the freezers are now would had housed the rest of the bakery section. Back wall would had housed all the Freezers and the remaining isles to my left.

The isles would had continue going straight when it was Fresh& Easy.

In This photo i would had been standing in the Laundry section of Fresh & Easy.

Where the windows are would had housed the Vitamins & First Aid stuff.

The Isles in this Dollar tree are shorter then when it was Fresh & Easy which makes the space I'm standing in Useless Space. But stright ahead where the pull is would had housed Liquor & Water.

Fresh & Easy would had an long Shelve blocking here where the green cart and where the first Shelve is to the Left. This Long Shelve would had housed the Weekly Specials

Dollar Tree added the Office space as it would had been the first aid section & an Ice Freezer.
The 2 double doors to the Left would had been just a regular Emergency exit before Dollar Tree decided to make a office space which made those doors come into the store more.

Looking back at the Former Grocery Isles.

I pretty much sum up the store when it was Fresh & Easy. Now heres some additional photos:

I was glad I Finally Made a visit to the Store. The store as Dollar Tree isn't taken care of as there are stuff thrown around during this visit and when i went to the restroom. I didn't want to take a photo but it was nasty.  Graffiti on the walls and toilet. I left after seeing that and went across the street to Maverik Gas Station, Where there restrooms were clean.

Heres an Over view of the entire center via Google Maps. Historic Aerials didn't have any anything till 2010.
