Back In November 2016, I wrote a Blog about this store. The Store never worked out for Sears and closed. Fry's Electronics purchased the building in 2011 while Fry's hasn't done much other then let the building sit empty till August of 2015. Living Spaces came in with a winning offer of $13.5 million.
Living Spaces is like an Ikea but with a more modern type furniture. The store has already held a grand opening A few weeks after the Blog I posted in November 2016. Stay tune for photos.
